摘要: 从智能工厂建设需求出发,对智能工厂建设的难点和企业数字化工厂建设现状进行了分析,探讨以集成化设计为源头,同步数字化工厂和物理工厂建设,形成一套数字化交付的方法和数字化工厂建设的思路。数字化工厂为智能工厂建设提供了坚实的基础。数字化交付为智能工厂建设探索出了最佳实践路径,并为业主提供和形成工厂大数据,加速了智能工厂的建设,助力了数字化向智能化的迈进

Abstract: Based on the construction requirement of intelligent plant, this article analyzes the difficulties of intelligent plant construction and the current status of digital plant construction, synchronizes the construction of digital plant and physical plant, and forms a method for digital delivery and a way of digital plant construction based on integrated engineering. Digital plant provides a solid foundation for the construction of intelligent plant. Digital delivery explores the best practice path for the construction of intelligent plant, and provides and forms the big data of plant for the owner, which accelerates the construction of intelligent plant and helps the progress from digitalization to intelligence.
